- Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription directly through the "Billing" or "Subscription" section of your account dashboard. The cancellation will be processed immediately upon your confirmation.
- Access Period: Upon cancellation, your account will remain in "Premium" status until the exact end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not lose access to features the moment you click cancel.
- No Prorated Credits: We do not offer prorated credits or refunds for the remaining days of a month or year if you choose to cancel mid-cycle.
- Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid automatic billing.
3. Comprehensive Refund Eligibility
We offer a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. This is intended to allow users to test the platform's compatibility with their devices and needs.
- The 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be time-stamped within 168 hours (7 days) of the initial transaction.
- Usage Limits: To prevent abuse of the AI's compute resources, refunds are only available if you have used less than 2 real-time interview support sessions and generated fewer than 5 career prep reports.
- Annual Plans: For annual plans, if requested after the 7-day window but within 14 days, we may offer a partial refund minus the cost of one full month at the standard monthly rate.

5. Technical Failures and Service Credits
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but if a documented system-wide failure on our part prevents you from using the service during a critical career event, we offer:
- Service Extension: Adding additional days or months to your current subscription at no extra cost.
- Calculated Refunds: In extreme cases where a technical issue remains unresolved for more than 48 hours, a pro-rated refund for the downtime may be issued at our discretion.

- Permanently blacklist the associated email and payment method from future use.
