1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Get Interview AI website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Get Interview AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. We recommend that you print or save a local copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Description of Services

Get Interview AI provides advanced AI-powered career assistance tools, including:

  • Interview Copilot: A real-time assistant that provides speech-to-text analysis and suggests responses during live or mock interview sessions.
  • Coding Copilot: A specialized environment and desktop application designed to assist with technical coding assessments and algorithmic challenges.
  • Resume Analysis & Optimization: Smart tools that evaluate your professional documents against job descriptions to provide optimization feedback.
  • Mock Interview Simulations: AI-driven practice environments that simulate various industry-standard interview formats.

3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account based on your failure to secure login credentials.
  • Notify Get Interview AI immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our Platform.

4. Proper Use and Ethical Guidelines

The Platform is intended for career preparation, skill enhancement, and personal development. You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

  • Engage in any form of academic or professional dishonesty as defined by your educational institution or prospective employer.
  • Violate the specific terms of use or ethical guidelines of third-party interview platforms (e.g., HackerRank, CoderPad) or hiring organizations.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures designed to prevent "cheating" if such use is explicitly prohibited by a third-party evaluator.
  • Use our AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Content or Marks is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Platform are provided on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay Get Interview AI the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

  • Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a Premium plan and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled through your account settings or by contacting support before the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon thirty (30) days' notice.

7. AI Content Disclaimer and Accuracy

Our services utilize cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. Please be advised:

  • AI-generated responses and suggestions are for informational and practice purposes only.
  • AI can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or factually incorrect information. Get Interview AI is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
  • Success in a job interview depends on many factors. We do not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific performance outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Get Interview AI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Platform; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction where Get Interview AI is headquartered. You and Get Interview AI irrevocably consent that the courts of said jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
